My chicken has prolapse and possibly salpingitis. Bunch of pus is running out and stuff of the vent. I picked her up to push prolapse in and she threw up what to do? I’m giving her antibiotics now. Thanks.

Can you post a picture? How long ago did she lay an egg? Has she ever passed a lash egg? Has she been straining to lay something, and have any chickens been pecking her vent? Here is some reading anout prolapses:

She layed a real egg last in July with shell. Passed some weird lash egg material stuff in past and yesterday I had to pull out of prolapsed vent. Not sure about straining, and no one has been pecking her

Also you should know that the inside of vent keeps popping out after pushed in.
