You were injecting? I've never done it that way but know it can cause harm if done incorrectly. I've only done it orally 3x a day.

I gave her orally in her water & made mash with the medicated water too.

For her eye you can use Terramycin eye ointment but I suspect something else ay be going on. Have you checked her over for lice or mites?

She probably didn't get nearly enough since she's not eating or drinking.

Yes, that’s the strange thing, there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with her besides her eye. I finally received the terramycin after ordering it from multiple sources. No vets around me will see chickens.
