Please help

I have a chick that was born bleeding. I’ve researched some other post but need to know if I can help! I’m watching so the other 7 leave her alone! What’s my best bet here? I don’t wand to take the others out too soon but can’t stand to see her pecked either!

This was her egg. Everyone else is so healthy. She’s acting like everyone else. How can I help?

I'm just on my 3rd hatch so not much assistance but
R they already pecking at her? Or just bumping into each other like they do after being hatched?
Is it actively bleeding or just blood from hatch and No longer bleeding?

They were pecking but I stopped them by tapping on the incubator. I quickly opened the incubator and removed the bloody egg and it has seemed to help. She’s sitting on her bloody bum/tummy so I figured the egg removal would help. They seem to be leaving her alone and I hope she heals!!

If it's not actively bleeding the air flow from the incubator should help it dry on up. Just don't pull anything that may be attached....once it is dried up you can cut it a way near her lil body.
you should be ok to leave them in incubator for a while...i have let.mine stay incubator 48 hours in an effort to fully dry. The yolk they absorb provides them the nourishment they need so don't worry bout that aspect.

When I get bloody navel chicks, I take them out, add pressure with a paper towel to the area, then apply Triple Antibiotic Ointment to it.
