Two days ago I went out to my coop and found my one pullet laying on the floor on her back. I thought she was dead but then she started kicking her feet in the air and was trying to roll over bit could not. I gently rolled/picked her up and her one wing kind of wrapped itself down and around her one leg . I brought her in the house and tried my best to figure out what's going on. She cannot stand at all and keeps flailing onto her said and back and almost gets her wing stuck around her one foot. I wrapped her gently and sat her up and besides the inability to sit up or move on her own she is acting normal. She is still eating and drinking and is very alert. I have been giving electrolytes in her water as well as poulvite. I cannot figure this out I have no idea what is wrong with her and I have called all the vets in my area and no one deals with poultry. Also her head when she is laying down kind of goes on a strange angle so them I was wondering if it was maybe a neck injury or something Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
