Please help

My duck egg was active yesterday no changes to temp or humidity now today I have not seen any movement and the egg has like a jelly substance under air sack..

The other egg I had hatched with an unresolved yoke sack and did not make it.

Roughly 25-26 days pekin duck…

Did I lose another one? Please advice

Often its hard to see movement near hatch
If it has died you may notice the veins close to the air cell disappear

I have two more that aren’t as far along is there something I can do to insure they will be okay I thought I was doing everything right I kept the temp right and the humidity at 55
