My duck egg was active yesterday no changes to temp or humidity now today I have not seen any movement and the egg has like a jelly substance under air sack..

The other egg I had hatched with an unresolved yoke sack and did not make it.

Roughly 25-26 days pekin duck…

Did I lose another one? Please advice

Yes
What happens is they internal pip and start to breath. Then start to absorb the yolk
Then run out of air in the air cell and pip Out but continue to absorb for 24-48 hours after the external pip
It’s a long process for them to absorb the yolk.
Once fully absorbed they start to zip

Yes you can post pics and we can try to help you date as close as possible
On day 10- lockdown
I cool the eggs once a day and mist them with warm water
This helps to soften the shell for babies to hatch
Mom duck goes for a swim then lays on her eggs with a slight wet belly
I watched my mom duck do this

I’m sorry for the loss of the baby
Don’t be hard on yourself
We learn as we go
I lost 2 my first hatch one I helped do soon and other was at the wrong end
I had no idea what I was doing but I had help from @WVduckchick after that and successfully assisted anther wrong end baby and assisted 2 more that never made the external pip and 2 that hatched themselves
They are 6 months old now and doing great ( girls are even laying eggs )
Now I’m very confident in assisting if needed
My first hatch my girls eggs were still small and I never should have incubated them. I have learned now wait till the mom is a year

I just feel horrible I was so excited watching them every day I saw the beak in the air sack but didn’t know what an internal peep was till yesterday

I would guess around 2 weeks give or take
Because you don’t know exact days just candle daily and lockdown when you see the shadows pushing in the air cell.
You cab start the cool down and misting as well
Stop once you see shadowing
