I have a chick that is currently 4 weeks old, she was born on September 5th, every one last night the 10 that I have were all acting fine and running around there huge tote like normal, today I went down to change there water and feed out, and noticed one of the chickens sitting there with her head under her belly, she is able to lift it as normal to eat and drink but then currently resumes laying down in said position. I had a duck years ago with wry neck but she was never able to her hold her normal, so to me it doesn't seem like wry neck, could this be a mineral problem, they are currently are on Purina starter feed.

Also should I completely separate her from the rest of her hatchlings or put a few more in with her?

Do you have photos of your chick, her poop and the brooder?

It does sound like she may have the symptom Wry Neck. You can treat with vitamins.

Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 B-Complex along with a little egg daily. See if that helps.

Do you have their outside space ready for them?

I will get pictures tomorrow, she is able to move around now, and eating and drinking and I am putting a multi vitamin in her little water dish, she is inside with another chick in a tote. She eats and drinks okay, just weird how it suddenly popped up, we had a duck have it and it wasn't a sudden occurrence. She is able to stand and walk but she's always just hunched over. I am hoping it doesn't get any worse. But will post pictures in the morning thank you!
