Is a string coming out of the chicken's butt that's attached to the shell? You need to get a clear picture of that string so I can tell you where to cut.

Actually there's no rush to try and get a picture or anything because this chick needs time to try and absorb that stuff and there's nothing really that you can do but give it time to try and absorb it although it may not absorb it.

cut near the shell and leave it alone.
Do not tie anything.
DO NOT PULL on anything either.
Just a quick snip as close to the shell as possible.
