Please can anyone help diagnose this illness peahen was fine Sunday then on Monday seemed a bit and Today just as I was getting ready to take her to the vets sadly she died.Her poop pics are attached any help would highly appreciated Thankyou

I personally cannot diagnose anything with the pictures provided. But if you have some money to spare, you can take the bird's body to a University near you for a necropsy. Try to take it to a University since they have bird-specific necropsy options. When I took one of my call ducks to get a necropsy, it cost about $70. They were able to find exactly what was wrong. They even sent her body to Cornell to be studied further. It is recommended to get a necropsy so you don't put the rest of your flock in danger.

Likely cocci. Contact your state vet and see if they offer free necropsies'. Cocci symptoms can hide for a long time then the bird will look exactly as you described and die a day later.
