It's possible they are getting cut from the roosters spurs.

Have you looked their feet over for bumblefoot or any redness or swelling? Have you added new chickens recently?

You can try doing a vitamin E pill + b complex daily in case it I'd a vitamin deficiency.

How old are the two hens that are limping?

We looked for bumble foot we didn’t see anything we didn’t see scaly mites too. The one in the picture now won’t even walk both hens that are limping are probably 5-6 months old and laying already. They have been part of our flock for about 2-3 months and we haven’t added any new chickens. We were worried they could have a sickness but don’t hear any respiratory distress the one in the picture is chirping a lot like she’s in pain.

Sadly this is the clearest picture I have until tomorrow but we are concerned bc two of our hens have started limping the one in the picture has just laid down all day today and doesn’t want to walk she still laid an egg and we don’t see anything wrong with her feet or respiratory distress so we are not sure why she is limping or why either are limping but we did notice something on her back that look like black and yellow scabs posted above

The one in the imagine cannot grip with both of her feet and one foot she does not extend or contract it the other hen seems to be able to still do that she actually still limps around and eats and drinks the one in the imagine doesn’t even try walking

Where the wounds are, is there any bad smell? Stick your nose right down there and sniff. If your male is also 5-6 months old, he is still considered a cockerel, and they can be really obnoxious due to hormones, and can over breed particularly the more submissive girls. Those very well could be spur or nail injuries. If he is older, he may be getting them more often as they are "new" girls.
For now, I would crate them in the run with the others, so they are safe, but everyone can still see each other. Let them rest and be safe. Better pictures of the wounds would help, if there is any sign of infection you will need to clean them up well and start applying some plain antibiotic ointment at least. Punctures in particular can get infected.

Maybe, depends on if there is any infection, and how rough the roo is being with her. There also may be more than one thing going on. If you separate her from him, reduce that stress, then it will be easier to monitor her and narrow things down.

We have separated her and have taken more pictures when you feel that area it feels like a large baseball one of her legs is completely curled up we have separated her and given her vet rx and apple cider vinegar but sadly she looks like she’s not going to make it

The area under the wounds feels like a baseball? If that is the case then most likely either a lot of infection in there, or a tumor. It may be pressing on nerves. Still can't see wounds clearly, but appears to be a lot of scabbing. I would trim feathers back so you can see it clearly, might give a better indication of what is going on.

Yes it feels super hard like a rock under the wound. Let me see if I can trim the feathers
