Please help

I have a local feed store I can call tomorrow. Everything I'm seeing online says last year a law was passed that all antibiotics have to have a prescription. I will ask them if they have any recommendations for a vet that will see my rooster. I started giving him electrolytes since Tuesday. I started feeding him the poultry cell directly in his mouth as well.
Also I tried researching online vets that will treat chickens and haven't found any reputable ones that don't appear to be a scam.

You can get enrofloxacin (generic baytril) 10 mg tablets and 10% liquid online here:
https://jedds.com/products/enrofloxacin-10?variant=40215712661693
Dosage is 10 mg for each 2.2 pounds given orally of weight twice a day for 5 days.

Can you also get some human super B complex tablets ate Walmart and give 1/2 tablet daily crushed into some moist feed or cooked egg? That could help the curled under toes and legs. This is a good buy:

I will buy both ASAP. I hate to see him suffering. Would you recommend the enrofloxacin in liquid form or pill? I really appreciate your help and everyone else who took the time to reply.
