With swelling of the abdomen, she may a symptom of Ascites (fluid in the abdomen), this is a Symptom of something else going on in the body. Most of the time in laying hens it's reproductive but can be organ dysfunction as well.
Try offering her a wet mash of poultry feed if she's having a hard time seeing. Sometimes a deeper dish helps as well.
