I am wondering if anyone uses cottonseed hulls for bedding/litter. I remember my dad using it for our chicks in the brooders when I was little and found out that I can get it at my local feed store. However, I haven't been able to find anything about it here on BYC. So.............please let me know if any of you have used this and what you thought about it compared to other types of litter. I am planning to use the deep litter method in my coop.
