the holes are sometimes in the sides or on the bottom where you can't see them. Like everyone is saying, be patient. If you say chicks on day 18 when you stopped turning, chances are if you leave it alone they will hatch. Above all, once they start hatching do not open the lid. Also, if they have pipped where you can't see them and you open the lid you can actually make it where they cant hatch. Doing nothing is always your best option.

Today is day 23 and nothing, I'm afraid I lost them

I dont hear anything and I can't see any holes but I'm afraid to trow them away just yet, I have not open the bator but there is no foul smell, is there hope?

I'm sure there's still hope. I've been told to wait 25 days for my eggs, and my husband saw something online that said it can take longer than that. Be as patient as you can. (I know! Easier said than done! I am going crazy waiting!) Good luck, and keep us posted!
