Please help

My chickens are losing their feathers cause I find them in the coop in the morning but now their tail feathers on two of my hens are missing. Can someone please tell me what is happening and what I can do to fix it?

How old are they? Chickens will pull their own feathers as a part of self grooming. some fall out duing normal activities like flying around. Some fall out during and whilr the pecking order is being established. with missing tails I would say some body is picking on the other ones.. Could they moulting? keep us updated

They may be molting.

They are only 15 weeks old is that old enough to be molting?

It is normal to lose a few even a tail feather or two. but if they are all missing sounds like you might have a bully in the group. You could also check for mites as well.
