Please Help

We have a youngish hen 6-7 months that we just got a week ago. She is having diarrhea and is very lethargic. Also her eyes close and open very slowly sometimes with them closed for minutes on end. We think she has also been laying shell-less eggs 2 so far and one normal. The feces are very runny and streak down her bottom, mostly white and some tannish color. We have separated her from the others and are trying to give electrolytes in the water. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

If not, you'll need to start with all the basics - check her for mites/lice, might go ahead and worm her (as well as the others). I'd give her some vitamins as well to give her a boost. Watch to see if she's eating/drinking. Might want to give her a nice high-protein treat like canned cat food - I like to mix it with oats ...anything you can think of that will help her with some energy. If you think she's not drinking enough, give her an electrolyte solution - maybe even with an eyedropper.
