Please help

Hi I have light Sussex's chicks that r 3 weeks old I hatched 19 in total and have been thriving well up until now 5 of the chicks have one swollen up leg that's very black and green bruised they r all eating and drinking well but this is a problem for them to walk 2 r particularly bad and another has bent over toes I really need to get this sorted please help xx
