is it ok to give all the chicks electrolytes in their water?

Glad she's moving around more! Electrolytes or probiotics would be good for all of them...some give them regularly as part of their water.
If you got them from a feed store, I'm guessing they are vaccinated against Mereks.

I gave me chicks poly Vi sol... It's vitamins for infants made my enfamil... You can get it at cvs or Walgreens. I'm sure any drugstore would have it. If you can get the chick to drink a few drops of straight vitamin that would be great to. If you do get this, I mix a dropper full into their 1 quart water dish. I had to treat all my chicks for coccidiosis and I gave them this afterwords.
