please help

i have a janole 48 auto turn incy its been workin fine for the past 6 months but the other day i came home and the low temp alarm was beeping temp was at 34 Celsius,so i transferred the eggs to my smaller manual turn inky turned off the janoel and set about contacting the supplier about warranty,but the next day as i was boxing it up i thought i would just turn it on and see,it worked again for a couple of days it now wont go any higher than 36,im assuming it is a faulty heating element but im struggling to find a supplier in the uk for the part,can i just use another heating element so long as its still 80w output or will it have to be specific part.

Any 80 W element will do as long as it fits in the element holder one way or the other
