Please Help

My brown shaver~Reddy seems to have broken her hip she limps a bit but not always. She cannot jump onto the roosts anymore

. She hunches most of the day and it seems to be swollen. She is 3yrs old so not laying anymore. The pain doesn't seem to hurt her that much. I suspected she had worms but i wormed all the chooks once then found worms in the chickens dropings~thinking it was Reddy i gave her some more ivomec worming stuff~which is 1yr old.
What should I do??????

Also when she was a young chook she layed massive eggs~double yolkers!!!

But this might have stuffed her up??

She used to hunch all day but then seemed to go back to normal after we gave her a warm bath bcos we suspected egg bound but after 2-3 periods like this she is now being weird 24-7

She is always going to sleep in the middle of the lawn
