Please help

Can anyone tell me why my bird lays eggs like that and is this harmful. It's fine by me as long as medical problems don't arise is there anything I can do . I have oyster shell available they don really touch

I mix my oyster shell grit in with the feed. Seems to get the chickens to eat it better. I have never seen anything like this. Sorry, I wish I could help.
