Your picture needs some description. How long has you hen looked like this? Was she injured or attacked by another chicken. What other (if any) symptoms does she have?

You could try a warm compress on her eye to see if it might open and drain. It's best if you post picture with the answers to questions I asked you at "Emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures ", thread responders there are better with medical situations but, do not take the place of vet treatment.
