Please help

I have silkies. I had a 7 month old girl start looking kinda puffy then found her in the run kinda seizing this happened two diff times weeks apart then dead in coop. She did feel very thin. ( I wormed everyone after I noticed her puffy & thin) then I have another silkie present w/ wry neck I treated her & she looked fine. Yesterday my one year old hen looks puffy bring her in give her heat & broad spectrum antibiotic & vitamins . She wasn't eating but drinking nonstop. Around noon I picked her up to examine her more she started seizing arching back head turned back & wings out. I haven't been able to get her up to sitting position just stays in that position & has tremors . This girl doesn't feel emaciated . Go in to my run tonight my previous girl w/ wry neck is falling over has yellow green diarrhea & puffy. Please tell me what I can do if anything .

It could be some sort of poisoning, such as lead or chemical, or a virus. But whatever you have going on is neurological to cause seizures or wry neck symptoms. I really would recommend that you get a necropsy done on any chicken you lose in the future. Your state vet could tell you how to go about this. Sorry for your losses.

Have you vaccinated any of your birds lately for any diseases?

No I haven't vaccinated any. The first young one wasn't vaccinated for anything but one year old was vaccinated for maerks (not recently tho) . The girl that has diarrhea today & wry neck I got at 2 weeks but no vaccines to my knowledge. They are in an enclosed run no free range so what would I look for in their environment that could cause poisoning? Thanks for recommending necropsy I'm gonna look into ASAP.
