Hello Everyone,
A couple of months ago i saved 2 roosters from being killed.
they are 2 brothers..
the home next to mine got sold but not before the realtor called code enforcement because of the rooster crowings.
I have now 2 warnings and I musty get rid of them.
I need to find. SAFE/NO KILL farm please for the 2 young roosters. Any help in broward county?

Welcome to BYC, sorry you have to rehome your roosters. Have you tried placing an ad on craigslist?

.
The sad fact is that finding a no kill solution for roosters is often impossible. Hope for the best, but you must accept the most likely scenario is soup.
Good luck!

no, honestly i dont trust craigslist much

Handsome boys! I don't either but I have been able to find good homes for some of mine on craigslist.
CL ain't all bad. I adopted 2 runner ducks from CL and they've got a great life. I'd be concerned about your Roos used for cockfighting. Stew pot is more humane than that.

I've also had great luck with CL. One family even still sends me pictures and it's been 2 years.

You just have to know how to read people. Trust your gut. If someone seems sketchy, they probably are. Talk to anyone that inquires. Get a feeling for them.

This is great advice. Start with a phone call and go from there. The family got my runners from wanted a good home, they had raised them from ducklings and were caring people. I got a call duck from this forum. His owner got to know me, and she delivered him so she could see his new home.

I hope OP can find a good place for those Roos!
