Don't rinse her eye with anything stronger than a cup of water with a 1/4 teaspoon of salt in it. If she is symptomatic of a fever, I, personally, would get penicillin, and inject 1/2 ml once a day. I've had 2 like that and by day 5 they were looking normal.

Tylan is mostly for respiratory ailments. Penicillin is good for wounds.

I use tylan 50 for respiratory infections, swelled eyes from infection not wounds, and generalized not feel good
Tetracycline I use #1 is for diarrhea in chickens and some respiratory infections. It can help with hurt eyes and some wounds.
Penicillins Cover gram positive bacteria... cuts, scrapes, chicken hawk wounds, dog bites, some diarrheas and some colds that are staph. Drainage has fowl smell and green in color.
Alot of times I give 1cc of penicillin and 1/2 cc of tylan 50 mixed together well in syringe under skin on breast. I do this because a shot of tylan 50 alone can be hard on tissue and the 2 work really well together. I give these shots every other day x3 doses to get a bird well.
I would not put anything bleach in an eye. I would wash the eye with warm water or warm water with small amount of salt added to it. Antibiotic ointment is good for the eye also.
Anyways that is some things I would do. Hope it helps.

Johnson's & Johnson's 'no more tears' baby shampoo is an excellent cleanser for the eye (I use it w/in my own eyes on occassion, and have used it in the eyes of animals for many years w/o ever having any problems). Following this up w/ the ordinary over-the-counter (OTC) formulation of neosporin ointment w/o any pain reliever is a good idea, as it's ingredients are essentially the same as those contained w/in the opthalmic solution.

These other symptoms are most probably unrelated, other than the possibility that wound provide excellent entry points for infection ... she should be isolated from your other birds, but preferably in a way that they can all see/hear one another, just in case it's something contagious.
