Ok my guess is a sicilian buttercup crossed with a jap.bantam.

From the roos posture and aparent size, he's a serama cross of some for due to the massive head tipping comb, The hen could be any thing kind of seramish looking to , I have a hen that looks just like her.
But who knows?
