I think 14 weeks is too young to tell, but here's my guesses and why I think that

White silkie looks like a roo because it appears to be getting longer feathers at the back of the crest. This could be streamers growing in, or it could just be that 'her' crest is growing weird

Black silkie #1 looks like a pullet, I don't see anything that 'screams' roo just yet
Black silkie #2 looks like a roo, again because it looks like this one has streamers. Hopefully you have at least one girl, silkies are hard to tell until they are 5 months old or better.
