Please need advice pullet with ripped skin on neck

I would not suture the wound since it has scabbed over. Suturing should only be done on a clean fresh wound, and with a chicken and feathers it would not be clean. When you close up a dirty wound it creates an airless environment where terrible infections, abcesses, and even gangrene can set up. Leave it open, keep putting neosporin on it, and when she is well enough to rejoin the others, spray her wound with Blu-Kote. a blue antiseptic spray to mask her wound so the others don't peck her. You can buy it at any farm store. Another brand is called Wound Cote.
