Please. Need help identifying strange issue with my hen. (NOT molting)

One of my RockIsland hens has lost all of her underbelly feathers and is losing feathers around her neck as well. The redness of her skin in the area has gotten worse and she is losing more feathers. This is not happening to any other hens and she doesn’t get picked on, nor is she molting. I have owned chickens for 30 years and this has never happened to any of them before. Skin is very red and inflamed! What can I do to stop this or can anyone identify what is happening as I am worried about her. Would appreciate the feedback.

Where does she roost?
Have you checked her for lice and mites?

The feathers under her neck look broken, can you observe the chickens during roosting to see if someone is plucking her feathers?
Is her crop emptying overnight - do you notice her picking at her breast?

One of my hens is having feather loss on her back near her tail feathers. She seems to preen more than the others. I have used the recommended sprays, tried anti fungal cream and the blue chicken cream in a jar. No results from anything. I was hoping for a reply to your question that would answer .

A couple of my girls have the exact same problem. Did you ever get a remedy?

this is happening to some of my chickens. Their entire underbelly is skin and so is under their wings and neck. I'm trying to figure out what to do.
