I would never shoot the messenger! I knew the Millie was a roo - he is just my baby and wanted his picture taken. He seriously runs up to me every time I have the camera out and just stands there like that waiting. I was 80% sure the cochin was a roo, the frizzles were obvious two weeks ago - but I had NOOO clue on the showgirl. Is it the width of the comb and the way the feathers go backwards of the head that give it away?

Well that cinches it then - out of 14 chicks 10 are definate roos. Unfortunately the falcon came back and ate the grey one who crows (He disappeared today and the hubby saw the falcon tonight on our property)
