PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!! DYING CHICK

My RIR chick is not doing well. When I got her she was smaller than the others, she didn't get as much food or water, and was always cold. I cam home today from an activity to see her splayed out on the bottom the brooder not moving. I am giving her electrolyte water in a syringe but I can't tell if it is helping. If you can help me in any way, please do! She is my little baby and I hate to see her so sick.
