Please help. I bought this chicken from a friend a few days ago. When I first saw her, her eyes were closed a lot, and I hoped it was just a coincidence, but it's continued. This morning I checked her and she has think nasal discharge. What do I do, please. The other two chickens I bought are good. Thank you!!

Do you notice any mucous or lesions inside her beak?
Any wheezing, sneezing or coughing?
When you do get her eyes open is there pus or bubbles?

The scab on her beak reminds me of Fowl Pox, but I see no other scabs that would lead me to think Fowl Pox is the problem.

I would lean more toward respiratory illness. Has your friend mentioned having sick birds in the past?
I would clean the eyes with saline, remove any pus or bubbles you see.
Do what you can to keep her hydrated. You could try Tylosin and start her on that as well. https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g/
Hard to know without testing if this is respiratory disease or not. If it is, then personally I would not add her or the others to your existing flock. If you have them quarantined, then I would take them back to your friend. It stinks that you paid for a sick bird.

Thanks so much for your reply. I haven't seen any mucous or bubbles or anything unusual in her eyes. She doesn't appear to be wheezing, sneezing, or coughing yet. I will have to check her beak inside. No, my friend didn't mention having any sick birds at all. She had quite a few pullets togethe, and has quite a few other older chickens. Thank you for the medication idea. I probably should just take them back. It's sad how fast a person can fall in love with a chicken, haha.
