I had my grandson spike a fever on me of 103.4 and he had a seizure here while sleeping next to me on the couch...... scared me to death almost, so I know how you all feel, this is so very scary.

Thank You so much everyone, was a long day at hospital, but this is what we found out. we found out is that its a form of epilepsy that happens in young children around 7 or 8 and will usually last until puberty. all her tests came back negative. cat scan,blood work, eeg(which showed a little disturbance in the back of the brain, but they dont know if that is what caused the seizures or a result of the seizures, she has to go back in a week to have this done again) she has not had a seizure since 2 am yesterday morning. but had 3 that evening and morning. she is doing good today and had a great night. my sister told me about the seizures and both my sis and brother in law were very freaked out. as i can imagine i would be to. again thank you all for the prayers as i believe power of prayer works... i just love this place and all of its members......huggs to all
