I have eggs hatching no activity except on one that had a pencil size hole in it when I woke up this morning it is now 15-16 hours later, nothing has changed.

I can see the bird moving inside the egg and hear him chirping.

Do I do a Turkey C- section yet....

I have 8 other eggs with it that have done nothing. Hatch day I thought was going to be Friday.

The blood vessels have to absorb before the poult fully hatches. Leave the little thing be for another day. As for the others, have you candled them at all during the process? If they are this late to hatch your temperature is too low

If it has been that long since it has pipped, it is in danger of becoming shrink wrapped. I would very carefully begin zipping the shell while watching for signs of blood and shrink wrapping.

He was drying out and starting to shrink wrap, he looks good!
