I'm having a hard time following your thread. From your initial post, it sounds like you may be interfering with her. When a broody is hatching eggs, you should stay as far away from her as possible. Don't look, don't touch. Don't even be in the vicinity of the broody. Leave her completely alone. If I'm misinterpreting what is going on, my apology. IF she is such a clutz that she is killing her babies as they hatch, either her nest set up is at fault, or she needs to be prevented from ever hatching chicks again.

At this point, there is no way that chick can hatch without assistance. If it's still alive, you might try opening up around the pip or aircell a bit. If any fresh bleeding stop. She will need help to hatch. IMO, you have everything to loose by not assisting, and a possibility of a live chick if you do assist. However, chances are greatest that the chick is not viable even if you do provide a safe assist.

Update:
Here is little chick this morning finally broke through with some assist from me it seems to be doing well chirping and moving around. Time will tell.

I have no clue there is a strong attached to it which I'm assuming is the ambilical cord. 2 more hatched and again she was stepping on them which I moved one has bloody stuff by it's butt so not sure that will live and the other which hatched last night is all sticky. I don't have an incubator just what I came up with see pic in thread and wonder if I should take the rest of the eggs and put them in there. Hen does really good when there up and going just not when they are hatching

What may well be happening is that the eggs in question may be lacking in critical micro nutrients without which chicks are rendered to weak to hatch while still being able to pip. This condition will look quite like the dead chicks in the nest have been crushed.

Seeing a hen step on a chick is quite normal and with healthy and vigorous chicks probably only goads their little bodies into greater efforts to live.

Here is a pic of the 3 newest chicks one on left is the assisted hatch and doing great. The last one is in my bator wrapped like a burrito in a wet cloth for the stuff hanging from it's butt hopefully it survives. Thank you everyone for your help.
