Hi, I would suggest using some vitamin and electrolyte water or Polyvisol (liquid baby vitamins) to help with any nutritional needs she may have in order to recover.

V&E come in a packet from the feedstore and you mix 1/2 teaspoon to one gallon of water. The Polyvisol can be found at a grocery store, Walmart, or drugstore. Use about 2 drops twice daily for a young bird and 2 drops 3 times daily for an older bird (pullet/laying age).

Other than keeping her isolated and offering the extra vitamins to help her heal, keeping her warm, that is about all you can do unless you take her to a vet.

I have one 11 week old in isolation right now with also with an unknown leg injury. With the above treatment she is recovering and is starting to put a bit of weight on her injured leg.

I would check her leg all over for any injuries. But there are times when they just get a bruise. I know a few of my hens have bruised their joints, especially if the roos get them while on a hard surface.
