Please say it's a hen

This little one is the runt. It's always been little. It's half the size of it hatch mates. One of them is very much a rooster. I can't tell on this one. Thanks

Compare the length of the tail feathers with the confirmed male. If the tail feathers of the one photo’d is much longer than the male’s tail feathers then I would assume that the one photo’d is female.

Remember assume. It’s not 100% accurate but it’s decently accurate.
 
I’m leaning towards boy because it looks like the base of his comb is reddening but it really is hard to tell. So I’m not completely sure.

As stated above, it may be a good idea to compare his features with his siblings.

This is the rooster she hatched with. They are siblings. You can see this little one is super little compared to them.
