PLEASE Sex Determination Needed on 6 Buff Orp Chicks - PICS

Sorry, but most definitely all cockerels. I would do like Jody suggested and contact the hatchery. They screwed up big time on sexing those babies.

I did notice on my BO tails, all were long except one didn't have much tail as the others, to find out, she is a he, with a comb large and red.

Wow. Those are all roos. I have Buff Orps and none of them at 4 1/2 months even have combs and waddles like yours at 5 1/2 weeks. Mine don't have any at all really. Sorry

Yeah, I called the hatchery and told them of the error. One of the owners is supposed to call back. I drove 2 HOURS to that hatchery to pick those babies up and 2 HOURS back home!! I waited 1-1/2 months for the order to be filled.

So far, no call back.

I will call every day until I get a response.

I am soooo disappointed. NOW, I have to re-home all of them and it is very difficult. I'm afraid they will start getting rough with my bantam hen, if you know what I mean....

My buff orp pullet is just over 16 weeks old and she still had no red in her comb and her legs are much finer looking than your chicks. I think they are all roos.

Well, at least now I can say I posed 6 little roos for mug shots! Now THAT was a real treat!!!
