Please sex my silkies!

Yeh it sure looks like a pimple, I wonder if the other leg has one, if so Well we know the answer to that mystery.. LOL As he get's a little older he'll get the 2 or 3 very long feathers on the top. I tried to zoom but it didn't give me the option. Perhaps that would explain the cockiness.LOL...

all chicks have spur bumps and even some hens develop spurs (have 2 outside with spurs)

I think its a cockerel. By looking how tall it stands, its stants, and the tail feathers... I'm almost sure you have a little cockerel. But you won't know for sure until he Crows!

close up of feet.. looks like a spur.. ??? also read the following and think its safe to say s(he) ticks all the boxes...

while the male crest will have streamer-type feathers and will look more swept-back. All the others have poppoms but this one looks longer behind with more feathering swept backwards..

In males the wattle will be more pronounced and slightly rounded. Definitely more developed than the others....

Examine the feathers on the hackles, saddle and tail. Male feathers in those areas will be more pointed and harder then the usual soft, fluffy down.. The tail feathers are harder like normal feathers in this area..

Would definitely explain why s(he) will not back down to the bigger hens..

Humm, I'm not seeing the pimple on this foot. How old are these guys?

Here are some more picks of the Brown one.

Humm, I'm not seeing the walnut shaped crown yet. It's small like a hen. I don't see any pimples on the legs either. The tail feathers are shaping up to be a cockrel, not puffy like a hen. Got some really cool coloring, almost like a partridge mixed with a buff..

I was just going to say that :) You are always one step ahead of me lol.

None of these silkies are screaming roo to me. They seem awfully condensed.. Like the fluff is tight to their body, which I'm not used to in silkies.. Plus all crests are swept back.. though none have streamers..

ETA: The one you call 'brown' does seem to be more rooish.

They are all between 10 and 14 weeks old.
with this i am going to stick with partridge cockerel and a buff cockerel...can you get pics of the first buff like you did with the partridge please...with the side view on the partridge shows its streamers and if you can get side pics of all the like that we could see if the rest of them have streamers as well
