Please share info on Wyandottes please!!!!!!!

We had some GL and SL Wyandotte large fowl from Ideal about 20 years ago or so and they were mean as hell. Both of those varieties males were so bad you keep a bucket between them and yourself. They did lay well, but were pretty non descript as wyandottes go otherwise. Poor lacing and wyandotte shape.

My birds were from a local feed store here in the Bay Area. I'm almost positive they were hatchery stock. The closest hatchery in our area is Belt out of Fresno, but I don't know for sure if they even sell SLW.
