It kind of looks like a OEGB, but I can't telling that is a dubbed comb, or a rose?

Game of some kind. Possibly a game mix but he looks like mostly game to me.

Agree with Gray Farms. He's a game rooster maybe with slight mixing but not pure OEG because the legs are yellowish.
