Please someone help!!!

no one big picture window. it is an older hovabator 1583...... I wont hurt them if i leave them alone with that attached to them will i???? cause if its not going to hurt them being attached and it will fall off after a while then i will just leave it one cause is it 12:12 am and i have to be at work in 5 hours and havent slept yet and i am not really a whole cutting things and blood type of guy lol.....

It may not! Like I said the one I had it happen to broke free hours later! If it's the thin string that's clear then there will be no blood! If it's the thick one then you have no choice but to leave it! I've done it a million times and I don't do blood! If the window is one that you can lift out then you can pry it up and in one quick motion open it enough for your hand, brab the chick with the egg and then close it up fast! Done that a million times too and never lost a drop of temp or humidity!

I don't think it will hurt it. It will probably just dry up. We had a few that were attached with "strings" Umbilical cords? to the shell, and we just cut them off so they could move more freely and exercise their legs. I would think that as long as the airways, eyes, ears, and legs/feet are not obstructed all the shell matter and membranes will eventually fall off (maybe with a bit of help) and your little guy will be fine.

so last night i had to come out and over night one of the little guys didnt make it. the on that had the bleeding during the hatch is still slive but hasnt gotten up...... i have another one hatch fully thismorning and one has piped when i last checks a few mins ago.....
