definitely a pullet. Two of mine at 10-12 weeks pullet on the left and cockerel on the right.

That comb is not near red enough to be cockerel. Even with the tail up, I'd say pullet. My Silver Sussex pullet's tail is usually higher than my SS cockerel.

Thanks....i really didnt want to have to get rid of her since my son picked her out and the last 2 that he has got to pick have been roos. We have no luck picking birds
