Please tell me my lavender orpington chick is not a cockerel!!!! So confusing!!

I have a lavender chick that is 3 or 4 weeks old [ a few days ago] and is really confusing me!!!!! The chick that I think is a male is smaller and less developed [ it doesn't have lots of body feathers or tail feathers] than the other Lavender Orpington chick we have. But, the chick I think is a young cockerel is louder, has thicker legs, larger comb, and sometimes holds Its chest puffed out!! Down below are some pics of her at 3 or 4 weeks, does anybody know or have a guess if she is a male or female??????? We can't keep males so we really want to know [ I know she's kind of young to guess]!!!!

I'm a total newbie at sexing chicks but I'm guessing that's a roo if it is louder than the test and has bigger comb than the others.

I have several Lavender chicks hatched Jan 6th 2020. Im just now able to tell their sex. Wait until its 12 weeks or more. I will send you my Lavender Roo pic tomorrow. I guessed 2 wrong lol

You should be able to sell it for good money if a Rooster. They are hard to find

Thank you for the information, I will send new pics when the chick is 12 weeks. I'm sad we can't keep the chick if its a rooster it is a law that we can't keep a rooster where I live.
