She/he is an Ameraucana.

It's most likely not an Ameraucana. It's looking more like an Easter Egger. Due to it's coloring of brown/red,white, gray and black and the redness of the comb I'm leaning rooster. Here is a link clarifying the difference between Ameraucanas and Easter Eggers. Hope it helps.

Yeah sorry but with that much color in the comb at that age, and goodness those are some big ole long legs...that's a little rooster.

I got her/him from the local Ark Country store, they say they guarantee their breed and they sold her/him as an Ameraucana. I hope they did not scam me. They seem like reputable people.
