I am on day 7, and I just noticed that my turner was not plugged in. I have no idea how long it has been unplugged. There is a chance that I never even plugged it in. Please tell me that the chicks will be ok. UGH!!! I cannot believe I have not noticed it before. Thanks!

Should be fine.

When I get in shipped eggs I never start turning till day 5-7. In shipped eggs this allows the air cell and membrane to settle back in place. Works fairly well.
