Please tell me they will get along better!

Yesterday I added six 3 weeks old Barred Rocks to my flock of six 5 weeks old Red Sex Links. They all seemed to get along but this morning I noticed my Reds were keeping my BRs from the feeder and water so I put another feeder and water on the other side of the coop and the poor BRs started eating and drinking inmediately. We stayed there for a while to make sure they got plenty without the Reds bothering them. Same thing tonight, but I just want to know if my Reds will eventually accept them so that I can stop worrying. I'm already in love with my BRs, they are so much friendlier than my Reds. I don't want anything happening to them.

i think there probably just forming the pecking order, but its hard t tell. just supervise them for a few weeks and if there still mean you might have to seperate them

Don't worry, they will get along in no time. Just have the extra water-er and feeder on hand.
