Has it crowed yet? It looks much more like a hen than a cock. Cocks typically have larger combs and the wattles would also be larger. Lack of eggs does not mean she is not a hen. Hens typically stop laying when disturbed and moving from one location to another will certainly do it. If there are no other roosters around a one year old cock will be crowing by now.
