The all black on you see in the back is the one I worked so hard to get to survive and his tail feathers look mighty rooster like. I’m so attached and hate to have to give him up! No comb or wattle, no red, smallest and not aggressive. Any chance it’s a pullet?!
 
I sexed chicks for my grandparents for years. They were chicken breeders. I can tell the sex with 70- 100% accuracy depending on the breed. It's hard to tell anything with your picture though.
Check the wings. A longer winged chick is usually a girl, and in some breeds you need to look at the outstretched wing, if the part farthest from its body is much longer than the rest its a girl, and girls, in most breeds, get tail feather first.
If you already knew this and you still think it might be a boy keep in mind that females sometimes have delayed feathering.
 
It's difficult to tell from the pictures. My experience is, with a lot of breeds, the females usually get some tail feathers before the males start growing theirs.
