I have not had the best luck with cockerels so far. I have a 7 week old light brahma who is starting to look.... suspicious. Is this a HE???

How?? It is most definitely male - huge comb, shiny hackles and saddles growing in, plus a heavy build.Looks like a female to me.
Look at the face. Comb is not that big, and wattles are not that big. No bright red coloring (at this age you should see some bright red). Has female facial structure. i do agree there is some saddle feathers, but it can still be a female. If it had a tail, it would be easier.How?? Brahmas mature later. Some breeds mature faster some slower. Comb is HUGE! Just like how you cannot compare leghorns with welsummers.Look at the face.
